Soldier of death
Marching across his marshmallow sky
Only regrets lie deep inside
Left searching for an untamed heart
One not broken beyond repair
Suddenly it wasn’t clear
I thought with death came fear
And I painted a smile on her that could never die
And I nailed her body to the wall
Hiding from the shadows
A moon glow face
Smiled down upon this place
Only I knew you lied
I drank until her veins caved in
Something deep inside
Dry hollow cavern of desecration
Melted on my pillow clouds
Nothing left but a deep sigh
