Melvins To Release Free Digital EP In March
The Melvins will release a new EP entitled “Scion A/V Presents: The Bulls & The Bees” as a free download on March 13th through Scion A/V‘s website Scionav.com. The effort features five new songs — the bands first original material since their 2010 outing “The Bride Screamed Murder“.

Six Degrees of Mike Patton
Queens of the Stone Age is another favorite band of mine.
Josh Homme of Queens also played in Them Crooked Vultures with Dave Grohl (as well as Dave playing drums with Queens) Dave also played in a little band called Nirvana. Nirvana was an band that played with and were friends with the Melvins.
Buzz of Melvins fame played in Fantomas with Mike Patton.
